Rotator cuff pre-hab.

DB low incline.
DB high incline.
HS decline.
Machine Fly.

Single arm cable tri- 1 1/2 rep on left.
Assists dip push downs.
Bench dips.

KB overhead press.
Kneeling DB front, lateral, rear delt, high pull

Abs
 
Cardio today.

Changing up the training split starting Monday:

Monday: back/chest pump
Tuesday: shoulders/triceps
Wednesday: quads/ham pump
Thursday: Chest/ biceps
Friday: hams/ quad pumps
Saturday: arms/ shoulder

Will be doing cardio early AM upon waking. Then 30-45 of mobility using the pliability app. Then go back for training.
