I don’t know man. My job keeps all my muscles tight. Especially shoulders and back which I believe is where you need most your explosiveness from. Quick movements fuck me hard even if I warm up. Olympic lifting is all about speed and form. It’s not the form that hurts it’s the speed. Maybe genetics or past lifestyle may have something to do with it also. I’d say I wish I can be like you at your age but I cannot even be like you at mine. Lol. I e been very hard on my body up until about 43.5. Now here I am. But you are definitely inspiring to me and have me on the fence for jujitsu!!! Seriously. I need to find something positive for my youngest daughter to do and this may be the answer. But ultimately it’s up to her. She has such a shitty life and I will take the time to do anything that she wants as long as it’s positive. Even pedicures. Which I have learned to love btw
