Only with some ATMs. And you’ll need the receiver to send you a screenshot of the code to place in scanner. Also you need to make sure the amount is what the receiver is expecting and not less. Too many times I hear people sending money like this and they think they are sending say $200 and reciever only gets $175 or so.

Yes cause of the fees the ATM charges.
I always scan my own wallet. And then transfer from there. That way they get the exact amount they need.
