Damn you guys have some crazy fast times. However I always get talked into doing double reds since I have O+ blood. Though not as sought out as O - there apparently is a shortage for all O types.
Always takes 20-30 min but never officially timed it. Those blood suckers definitely will let me know by email and phone immediately and everyday thereafter once I’m eligible to donate again. Last time I went all went smooth but the time before they butchered my arm up from repositioning the needle. Entire elbow region was black and blue for a week or 2. That said I think I’m coming due soon for the oil change and also a little blood lab work to check under the hood.
On another good note… I had a little excess bleeding when they pulled the spike out. That’s a good sign for me personally as Apparently my blood is thinning.
