Bloods back slightly freaked not understanding it all!

Hello mate the reason I mentioned it was because Thriva posted this against my results and not being so in the know as you was a little This is also called ALT and the level is raised.

The ALT is increased when there is damage to the liver. In conjunction with another liver enzyme, AST, it is likely caused by ‘fatty liver’ and can be reversed by improving your diet. Improving or lowering the levels of processed food, fat and cholesterol in your diet will improve this result.

Ask your doctor about UDCA or urisolic acid if he will prescribe the controlled release it could possibly help with your condition I believe.
