Well I got a late start today, my night wasnt so good woke up sweating and disoriented at 415 from a nightmare,a reoccurring one where I’m in Iraq,and I cant find my m-16,or my 9mil and people die because of me,it drives me insane.So I ended up goin back to sleep at 6,and just got up 20 mins ago.Enough of that bullshit.
I am going to do bis shortly.I only had fruit salad and coffee and protein shake so I’m way behind in my macros.hope everyone has a good day.

Pork chop with egg as and cheese and onions

Doing chest shoulders tris today I had that issue with my leg where I had to go to doctor cause it got all hard and hot and red from injection.

Happened to my delts now. I realized it’s from mixing compounds from two different places that use different carrier oils. Mixing test p and test c. Which I’ve done many times in the past but not from these sponsors. If I inject them separately it doesn’t happen.

That sucks about those nightmares @John haven’t heard about them in a while. Have they been leaving you alone mostly?
 
Bagel with almond butter and honey and a double-scoop R1 protein shake in fat-free milk as a pre-workout meal. Going to do shoulders and back and may through in a little upper chest or legs. I’m off track, so after mandatory shoulders and back, I’ll do what I think I need.
 
I ate 36 hb eggs this week, training hard and eating a lot. Haven’t eaten yet got to go shopping lol no training today,rest day. Will be injecting some tren and primo in a minute.

I put up a post for this 90lb Everlast punching bag and ordered some sparring gloves, helmet and punch pads for the kids. I’m going to start teaching my little ones how to box.

I swear @Dmomuchole that’s what I talked about doin with my daughter a few days ago,now I’ve taken boxing lessons before but that was the extent of it,but I wrestled a lot in my younger days, and in the Marines we practiced a lot of take downs,grappling all that shit,she said she would like to do it,so I will pass on the boxing I’ve learned,but mainly I will teach her quick take downs,choke holds and such to take her opposition out quicker as opposed to goin toe to toe.
 
I wish we were all gym buddies @Dmomuchole @John @Thunder we could do all the fighting stuff together with the kids. Plus I’d love to learn some stuff from you guys. I cannot even tell you how many street fights I’ve been in. My record is a bunch and 1 loss. But I know it’s not anything the same as thought out planned training like boxing and martial arts. Plus you don’t go to jail for boxing sparring lol.
 
Scary dream, I couldn’t imagine.

Breakfast had a little scramble. 200g russet potato, chopped red bell pepper, 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites.

Just got back from a push workout, felt great. Love being done with a cut and slowly adding more calories in. Every workout just feels better and better. Superdrol probably has a lot to do with that too.
