Ran a few cycles. My first was bunk test and weak dbol. Second was test and deca with dbol jumper from Praetorean. Broke my wrist which was a huge setback. Got back into it 3 months after surgery. Ran a few after that with BOP sponsors…600 EQ with 750 sust(16wks) and 150 tren ace (6wks) p/w. Prop with TBOL and NPP for 8 weeks. None of it really got me where I wanted to go. I favored bodybuilding and powerlifting, don’t care for Xfit. I wanted to be thick and massive, so I lifted heavy then switched routines. It was odd. I felt like I was on a lot, but you wouldn’t be able to tell I was. I had training at the top and diet in second to support it, carried a bit of water and adipose. Gear was a puzzle piece that was treated as a supplement. I wound up looking a lot more like a low-grade PL than a BB. This time around I am doing it right and pulling out all the stops. I’ve been off for a year now and trying to plan a return. My bench was 300, dead was 426 and squat was 460. I’d like to get back to that and more but above all, I want to look and feel good. Confidence means a lot.

Have you had recent blood labs?

The va will prescribe trt these days.

For sure. You can take all the gear you want but without a good diet and training your ass off, it’s useless. So many use gear as a crutch hoping it will all come together. I’d rather stay low dose as long as possible and put in the work to get where I want to be. I remember Dave Palumbo telling everyone to start at a gram. My best newb gains came from food and iron alone. I am gonna post some ideas in the proper thread. Feel free to sanity check me and lmk if I am off or where things can be sharpened. Be good to have your feedback.

I have not. Just moved to TX so I am still getting settled in. There is a VA clinic close by so I will inquire this week. Be great if they could prescribe GH. Not sure what my out of pocket costs would be.

Goal for the next 2 years is 400, 500 and 600, respectively. Once I get back into it, it’ll come back quick. Until then, I am going to hit it with all I have.

Good to have another Vet.I hope you stick around, and are active.

Check out the daily morning thread the contents are great.Almost like a bunch mini Logs from people less detailed, but a bunch at once.

Been working and trying to clear out my garage to make some room. Have a new side by side coming.
Been on my diet around 80-90%.
Training has been lacking. Only hitting gym two or three days a week.

Time to get back to 4-5 days a week.

You’re in Florida if I remember right… bad time of year to be shuffling stuff in a garage! I just soent a week in Michigan and this last couple of days home is killing me! The older i get the less i like this humidity!

I think you can maintain just fine on 2-3 days a week training. Probably giving your body a break.

Very true. Florida and it’s been 93 degrees at 98% humidity. It’s been brutal over 100 degrees inside the garage.
