What’s good, everyone? New to the forum but not the game. Was on BOP before they shut down, tried another forum but never got registration approval, got tired of the other BS forums so I wanted to reach out here. Retired high mileage vet looking to get past broken wrist and low back issues. Was at 227/17%@5’9" and now down to 192 and not sure on bf. Lifts came way down after a year off and depression ran amok. Really want a fresh start, have some good conversations with ppl I can relate to, and to hit 230 around 10% in coming years. Turn 42 in 2 months so bit of a battle ahead. Lots going on upstairs and not much in the way of non-judgmental sounding boards. Just moved to TX, found a good gym and looking forward to connecting with y’all.

Welcome. What Neuro said. No BS tolerated here. All opinions welcome, and though we frequently engage in vigorous debate, its fundamentally friendly and done with the beneficial purposes of avoiding harm and facilitating growth.

I like it. I am all about good debate and appreciate differing points of view. I’m the type to use the search bar before asking something that has been asked 100 times. Plus, I won’t ask for sources since I can learn from folks that have been here for a while on what is gtg. My aim is to give as much as take. A candle loses nothing lighting another.

Lol. Nothing wrong with that. My first ship was an amphib so yeah, civilians would facepalm the hell out of most of those conversations.

Have you ever been enhanced?

What style of training? Bbing, pling, strength crossfit…?
