Look what didn’t make it into your post you can’t ask that question at ugmuscle you will get banned for that and no one wants that to happen brother.

I wouldn’t use anything until you are healed naturally and if needed then hgh I don’t mess with peptides I believe that if you’re going for healing hgh is what will do that at low dosage in my opinion.

Sorry about the injury they suck

I used bp157 and tb500 last fall when I was plagued with injuries. I noticed it did not help much with new injuries but it sure helped the old ones. I am no peptide expert but that was my experience. If you do try it then tb500 2 mg twice per week. And bp157 250 mcg twice per day up to 350 mcg twice per day was the dosage recommended to me by a very reliable source Bpc157 they say can go anywhere but I noticed a reduced swelling when I injected near the site. TB 500 is recommended near site. Both subQ. Maybe @DocToBe_13 has some knowledge of this.

Knees are tough. Not a ton of tissue to subq. Recently studies have indicated that both BPC-157 and TB500 do work systemically and can be taken orally. Search for the combo “BPC-157 oral” and that will lead you in the right direction. I know @Bigmurph has reservations regarding peptides and far be it from me to argue, but the research is pointing towards excellent results. Product purity is what scares people away. Good luck. As long as you find a good quality you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

When I subQ my elbow I pinched the skin and went carefully directly into the skin fold. A knee I think could be the same. Not arguing with you @DocToBe_13 but I thought a lot of the oral peptides never made it into the blood stream.

I didn’t think it would be an issue for a theoretical research inquiry regarding a legal substance. Thank you for the well wishes, and advice. Hoping for a speedy recovery for sure.

The elbow scenario is funny. I had an issue with a biceps tendon and ended up using a clip used to hold chip bags closed to “pinch” the skin where I could inject. Primitive, but worked nonetheless.
