Just signed up and here and wanted to say hello! Im here on a referral from a friend. He said I need to check this out and join. I have to say I have never seen anything like this. Very cool! Looking forward to soaking up all the information I can and make some educated decisions. I’m in my late 40’s and I have always been natural. I have reached my max …and have been for a good while. I have several friends running gear and I have made the decision to as well. I don’t think I have a really clear picture on what all that entails and exactly what I want to do. Totally a newbie and glad to be a part of the community!

I was lifting pretty consistent up until a nasty divorce in 2010., Gave it up until 2015 , so nothing for 5 years. I have been lifting heavy for 5 years again now. 5 days a week. Im 6-3 and 225 Im not sure what my body fat percentage is but I definitely need to lose a few fat pounds. Im in excellent health no issues at all. I have maxed out size wise for being natural…or so the gym owner says. He measured me a couple times at the gym…the only number I remember are arms and I think they are right around 18 1/4" Im proportioned well but I have some belly fat. I want to gain more size and lose fat. My initial thoughts are starting with test 250 a week for 10 weeks ….that’s what I would get out of a 10ml bottle. Hopefully this helps lol If it needs to be moved to another section please let me know. Literally like I said guys…I have no idea about any of this and all your help is greatly appreciated
