That’s one of mine too. I usually add fruit to it unless the old lady is sleeping hard then I just very gently open the lid and add pepper so I don’t have to hear the yelling at me for waking her up because of food hahaha
Atleast 30g of complete proteins so sometimes it’s 45 or more. Plus stuff like mushrooms, vegetables, potatoes, oats. According to the app it’s 300g or more of protein but If were only talking meats dairy and eggs it’s probably closer to 200g
If you’re hungry eat. Mess around with your macros. I eat casein protein before bed as it digests longer. I usually mass with high carbs. My body tolerates it well. My macros last massing cycle was p: 260 f: 120 c: 600. I’m naturally a lean guy. It’s all about figuring what your body likes. Keep a detailed food log. Keep up the hard work. It’s a slow and steady race. Years of hard work and discipline.
