Bulking cycle recommendations bulking workout plans?

Sounds like you’re getting solid advice, @NeuroRN hit the nail on the head with his response. Me personally with the amount of time you’ve been on gear and your stats, I’d really look over your dietary needs and if you’re tracking properly. May need to up them more. But you’re on the right track
 
Aside from cycle advice, if you want to bulk, eat ALOT, keep it clean and lift heavy emphasizing the Big 3, BENCH, SQUAT, and DEADLIFT… look into something like Powerbuilding, we’re reaching WAY WAY back into my brains file cabinet to pull this one out, but look into Dogg Crapp.
 
And I’ll stick to only compound now.
I was doing both compound and single workouts but I’ll stick to compound right?

I’m at 170 and body fat is 11%
Taking 150mg testP and 100mg of NPP in one pin.
Im taking anadrol 100mg a day and 0.5 of adex every other day.
 
That’s quite a bit of Adex. How far into this cycle are you? How long had you planned to run this cycle? I’m running the NPP 16 weeks. I’ve got two more weeks and I’ll be ready for mid cycle bloodwork.
 
Just depends. Some need more. Some need less. All depends on your bloodwork. If you’re running 12 weeks, I’d plan for bloodwork in 4 weeks. Bloodwork can tell you more than myself or anyone. I happen to be one of the few who barely needs anything for estrogen.
