So I actually do them this way.

Get a piece of meat and self mince.

Then wrap like so. So good with fresh meat and low fat.

Looks good @TG that’s how I make make venison burgers/ meatloaf with the grinder, food tastes better when I kill it,prep it and eat it myself, more satisfying, I haven’t done it wrapped in the lettuce but my woman does

It actually was. I need to get you couple of those bottles of southwest spiced mustard and that other sauce you wanted. I’ll get those for you this coming week

Just went halves with a buddy of mine on a grass fed Highland cow from Amish country in Pennsylvania…ground meat is ridiculous lean… guessing 97% lean. Certainly advise if you have a large deep freezer…averages out to be around $5-6.00 per pound for steaks, roasts, and tons of insanely lean groud meat! $800/900 you are set for a while.

Highland cow
We purchased a half of Highland Beef one time and it was the bomb. Ours was from a coastal town and the taste was excellent. Currently we purchased a small quarter of locally raised certified Wagyu. If you have never had a quick seared Wagyu steak you need to add it to your bucket list. 😉 It will set you back a penny or two but it is worth it.
