Killed calves today with another guy in the gym. Honestly didn’t think it would be as effective as it was but it killed it.

On the barbell shoulder press bench stand off the back and will do raises.

10 reps
Rest 5 seconds
15 reps
Rest 10 seconds
25 reps
Rest 10 seconds
15 reps
Rest 5 seconds
10 reps.

That’s 1 set. Knock out 5 sets. Try without weight first. Focus on full down and up reps. No cheating. No half rep shit. Stretch all the way down and all the way up.

I’ll try these after the meadows are done. Damn my calves hurt for 5 days
