Coming off of TRT after 2 years

So , I started TRT after one long cycle my levels never came back, I’m 39 years old and at that time I got shut dow. , my E2 crashed since I didn’t know how to use l Exemestane, being married and having to perform with my wife plus trying to handle the mental stress when you are shut down Was awful, I ended up On TRT at 37, first tried a clinic it was ok at first but price was outrageous then I started to read and do my homework and performed my TRT by myself , problem was that my hematocrit started to come back high, which I donated blood but somehow I started to have a false positive for Hep , probably for the vaccine I took years back, i got the letter that even after several test and being tested negative they put me in a list for not being able to donate sooo, I had to stop my TRT and go back to a physician, this time I did a PCT that It was recommended as a TRT RESTART protocol , that now I think it was not even well done but anyways… it consisted of 2000 iu eod HCG for 16 days, tamoxifen 20 mgs for 4 weeks and clomiphene after HCG one week at 100mgs then 50 mgs… to be honest I felk ok, went to my urologist visit and somehow felt like if I could come back from TRT I would stop right, my surprise was that my urologist told me that my test levels was 47 pretty much a freaking menopausic… and I know men suffer form andropausia but my léveles were menopausic hahah fuck!! I mean I knew I was going to be low but these levels were messed up. I’m just glad my urologist give me my prescription without even thinking twice… still I went to do another blood test today just to be curious to see how my levels were after 15 days of my first … aim not complaining of TRT or anything to be honest my quality of like is great while on it, I’m miserable right now without it but I guess , sometimes there is hope to come back normal lol …

Boss I feel for you they kept making me stop or try to stop trt while doing fertility and it was a rollercoaster of hormone hell one test came back. And my wife’s test levels were higher than mine doc said he had never seen one that low in a male if you don’t have hep but it’s a Vaccine can’t the Doctors do lab work to verify you dont actually have hepatitis and give that to donation clinic? Hell for that matter can’t the doctor get blood drawn out to keep your hemacrit levels in check even if they throw it away I would find some avenue of recourse before just stopping my quality of life isn’t worth living with low T I’m a straight asshole and feel like death warmed over hell just drain a pint yourself fuck we have done worse ( I have ) Fresh cut leeches something stay on pct blast HCG clomid and aromasin

The reason I had to come back to a physician is that he is the only one that can prescribe a phlebothomy for medical purposes when you are in a not donor list at the blood bank…had I know the vaccine would last this long , I would have probably opt out for it lol … I’m the same way when not on test lol, I can’t freaking stand anyone And I would punch life If I could lol., I Guess I Will just stop my misery and go to pick up my prescription, need to learn how to count my blessings… after this one I won’t come off TRT and won’t stop visiting my DR… Blessed that my insurance covers it :raised_hands:t3:… Thank God

Thanks for reading bro , I wanted to share my misery … Appreciation

That’s what we are here for boss a community of people who understand what it’s like anytime I can help and I’m sure the rest of the guys will chime in too I hate that you can’t give blood where is a dang vampire when you need one

If you have insurance brother use it for sure and stay on trt it sucks I personally came off of everything now for awhile and it was hell for along time.
I want to get back on because I have a much better quality of life. If I go back on again it will be forever so im just going to wait it out until I can handle a minimum 2 pins a week forever.

Good luck and good gains brother I wish you the best in your journey forward

Yeah I haven’t even been taking 200mg/ml of cyp per wk for awhile now I want to say 3 months mosos menos I need to work on my Spanish.

Yeah I honestly had my first hard on without medication just the other day.

My plan is to clear my receptors and then im going to come back at all low doses. I still have my MHN and I will be using that first as an oral and just adding 250mg/ml wk just to finish off the testoviron I have before it goes bad.
After the amps then im going to be running one of our sponsors gears. Ive cut way down also I was getting heavy again running the cruise so I dropped 23lbs 13lb left until I use supps again.

What’s your test levels like off trt ? I have tried with PCT, AI , HCG large does too and my old nuts just won’t fire boss I think I got a 252 total test think I blew a left front out or something no tumor had MRI On skull ultrasounds on nuts only thing found was a
Hydrocele and some vericocele in my sac

I just started TRT, 4 weeks in, and I’m loving it! However, this thread now has me concerned about being able to donate blood. Several years ago I had hep, and got cured from it, but still have antibodies. So, I’m sure I’ll not be allowed to donate.

What other measures can I take to help the hermocrit issue? I’ve gotta admit, this has me concerned. Thanks in advance!

You can take a blood thinner (aspirine) low dose , my understanding was that what happens to me with the vaccine showing positive after years is rare. If you do test positive like me when donating blood you can always find a doctor and be honest with him/her and tell them what you need, whenever you reach a 63 level on hematocrit you need to have a phlebotomy and any Dr will prescribe it I believe… I just did not want to go Thru all the hustle when I know I have insurance… paying $300 every 4 months all included it’s not too bad ( labs, prescription, refill and 90 day supply)
I came up clean with my urologist told him of all my steroid usage, my TRT dosage with black market product and my Pct protocol, he was very cool about it … don’t stress each individual is different

Ah, that makes sense. I haven’t done an AAS cycle in three years, and my hematocrit levels were fine when I tested before the start of TRT. I should be good but I do eventually plan to add some tren or mast. Thanks for the feedback!

Brother, thanks so much for the feedback. That’s really helpful. I’ve been debating on whether or not to tell my primary doc about my TRT protocol (online clinic). He’s pretty young and may be cool with it. If my numbers get too high I may have to go that route and ask for a phlebotomy. Thanks agin for the help.
