Yes but once a week goes by and rep says that he can’t get intouch then its definitely time to say something because it piles up fast. I don’t want to ever see this happen to anyone

Yup. It’s been 3 business days for me with no communication so just starting to accept things for what they are, although makes me a bit sad but hey that’s just how it is.

It does suck because it was abrupt no communication he either fell off the map or decided to go this route.

Everyone needs to chime in if its been past 3 days without communication and this would have saved 12 days worth of individuals having headaches also everyone should always check on status before enquiring
