So I'm getting into this a little late, but will still have the full 12 weeks to get back to where I want to be. Poppy, Neuro and DirtNasty--thanks for the encouragement as always.
Background: I'm a retired lawyer who now builds BMW race and performance engines for a living. I have lifted seriously off and on since I was a YMCA Mens Fitness Center attendant in 1982, but got serious about it in 2020 as a result of this board and the terrific trio I identified above along with a number of others. But after my firm unceremoniously kicked me to the street this past Summer after 30+ years of dedication that all of a sudden meant absolutely nothing, my mood hit the skids, my workouts suffered and ultimately ceased altogether. This contest is my way to work back into the one athletic endeavor (besides football) that I love. Not to mention I need to keep up with my wife, who is much younger and hotter than I!
So here are the dreary stats:
Age: 59
Weight: 221.4 lbs. (at night)
Bodyfat (pure guess): about 18%
All time max bench: 335 lbs. for 1-2 reps. Currently: 255 for 1 rep
All time max squat: 365 lbs. for 3 reps. Currently: 295 for 1 rep
No idea on deads, as I only do them occasionally.
Macro goals:
220g protein
300g net carbs
40g fat
No alcohol
Current supps:
10 iu HGH, half PWO, half before bed
100mg test prop
20mg mast prop
Will add in the following over the next month:
100mg test enanthate eod
100mg mast enanthate eod
100mg tren enanthate eod
Proviron as needed for "hardness" (not the muscular kind)
100mg of Anavar (50mg 2x ED)
Seems like a lot, but it's a tried and true recipe for me.
This plus working out at least every other day with a chest/tris, back/bis, legs abs split and 20-30 minutes of light cardio each day will cause me to drop fat like a stone. The challenge will be to increase strength and muscle mass at the same time that I maintain this diet. Ain't gonna be easy because I love chocolate.
So with that, here's the ugly truth. I helps motivate me to see the images. Ugh.
