Not really PRs but bulk or cut gotta state goals so judges know what you were trying to do and accomplish

I figure I have 2 months before they schedule another surgery

My calves atrphied to nil and legs, I only have a vastus medialis, no tear drop, but the hip flexor or psoas is the one that the surgeon looks at for atrophy and mine is great, so once he opens the flow or nerves from lumbar. He states Iay be able to build up my calves and legs somewhat! I'll post pics so people can see the pain and I'll start a go f- und me page.
