Crashed touchdown from naps NOT resolved by NapsGear

Received a pack from naps today. On the left is a clear vial. Middle is slightly hazy. Right is totally hazy and completely crashed. I reached out to support and they told me to heat up the crashed vial to uncrystalize it. I don’t know about y’all, but I expect gear in working order from a sponsor. Crashed gear is unacceptable, and they seem to think oh whoops, it crashed. My bad.

Another sponsor bites the dust for me. Bye naps.

I dont care if they know and they forgot to be told. Unless they specifically ask you for crashed gear ONLY and you have it in emails with them, this is no longer allowed on this site. This is happening way to often on here and not the standard we want our sponsors known for. In over 20 years of bodybuilding I think I maybe had 3 crashed products that crashed along time after I recieved it and in extreme conditions. Any complaints the sponsor will be put on notice and if it continues, then spo…

Yea I’ve had serious issues with EP in the past. Test levels were low and when emailed he insinuated I wasn’t dosing correctly.Havnt used them since. Usually under dosed gear at best

Agree… temperature variation seems to be the biggest culprit in my experience, assuming those were mostly likely shipped somewhere during the process in the winter and has mostly like sat crashed for a while … which is more concerning. I’m assuming those are traditionally dosed and not high mg versions… again more troubling.

We don’t allow this at ugmuscle shit happens but no resolution isn’t allowed we don’t brew gear so no member of ugmuscle will be heating anything that’s whoevers responsibility not any members responsiblity there is no reason at all none whatsoever for gear being crashed except it was made like shit and no quality control.

No one at ugmuscle should accept crashed gear

Naps will remain DNO AND RED until this issue is resolved @NeuroRN @Poppy @Kad1 @John at ugmuscle we don’t allow no resolution and we sure don’t accept any excuses for crashed gear.

The reason gear crashes is because it wasn’t brewed properly and therefore not safe and not to be used or accepted by any members and reps and sponsors know the rules @jasonhill800
