All the cycles that I will write in this section have not been invented by anyone and have been admitted by the athlete mentioned in the title of the post. WARNING! This cycle is very dangerous, no one should try it, the cycle lacks of any sense, so if you are a powerlifter just ask for a proper cycle and do not try this.

:weight_lifting_man:t3:*:male_sign:Athlete:

Dave Crossland is a former British :uk:bodybuilder, nowadays he is one of the biggest activists against steroid abuse among British youth.

:memo:Cycle:

You can find most of his cycles in his documentary Under Construction.

:exclamation:3 grams of Testosterone a week.

:exclamation:1.5 grams of Trenbolone per week.

:exclamation:100 mg of Anavar per day.

:exclamation:The striking thing about this cycle is that it lasted 7 months :spiral_calendar:, Oxandrolone was used on and off in addition to other peptides and steroids, what was previously named was the “cruise” of the cycle 🤯.

Can you say abuser? Like all compounds there are those that just think more is better and get to these points. Wanna die early? Here is a great start to abuse. If you cannot control what you take or even just stop for a while you may have a Psychological addiction. Which means a early death.

I understand and appreciate the attraction of high dose cycles, but this is way over the top and just ridiculous. I strongly suspect the vast majority of lifters hit a point of such diminishing returns that it is nothing but harmful to do more around 1g of test/week. And I have never heard of anyone doing that much tren. Can only imagine the sides.

There was an old school guy years ago that was big into high doses but for only a few weeks at a time. Drawing a blank on his name but he died from morphine Od. Go figure

Were all about Harm Reduction I believe that this is a lesson showing that taking massive amounts of compounds doesn’t get you so much bigger.
Buddy is huge but running that much gear would make me think that he would be even bigger.
Diet is everything and I bet he eat really big and that’s what got him big the compounds definitely help but diet is everything plus all the training that he definitely put in because it takes work to get that big compounds don’t automatically do it you really have to put in blood sweat and tears.
Plus protein lol
