12/8/25 update

Day 1 of current cycle:
500mg test per week
300mg deca per week
25mg anadrol per day
4iu hgh per day

Macros

Protein 280
Carbs 450
Fat 80

Weight 232lbs

Trained push today. Started with an incline plate loaded press, 3 working sets then moved over to a cable fly press where I worked deep range and full contraction, 3 working sets. Moved over to the flat plate loaded press and burned out 2 hard working sets. Last exercise was a pec fly machine. 3 sets to failure.

I expect my physique and weight to blow up soon. Keeping clean diet to maintain clean gains however with the training intensity and immediate strength gains, quality size should accumulate quickly.

Back day today

Day 2 of the new cycle. (ALL US PHARMACIES BRAND)

LOG:

Today we hit back and absolutely obliterated the lats and mid back. Back session started with rope pull downs to target opening the lats. Then went on to smash lat pull down bar, then a seated Dorian row machine, then a single arm pull down to finish off the lats. After that I finished back with an upper back row.

All exercises were 3 working sets to absolutely failure.

Day 3 of my bulk phase.

Taking things slow with food increases. Really want to drive training up as much as possible and just see how my body reacts to the gear first. To keep water retention low, we are keeping food moderate and keeping an eye on weight gain, aiming for no more than a lb or 2 total per week after the initial heavy gains from nitrogen retention and water/fullness.

Training

Arms was today so we fully annihilated bicep and triceps. I like to do these workouts and superset 1 set bicep followed by a rest then 1 set tricep that way the pump builds up evenly and its easier to not burnout each muscle as if you did 6 exercises of biceps and THEN 6 of triceps.

Started with bent over concentration curls. Best exercise to engage your actual biceps. Did cable tricep pushdowns individually to target each tricep, then basically threw the sink at my arms with 12 or so sets each to failure with different exercises. Pump was ridiculous.
