Chest, Biceps, and Triceps. 10 Exercises few 3×10-15, few 2×15-20. My second leg day of the week was yesterday. I don’t see how some manage to work each body part 3 times a week. Every now and then I struggle to get mine in twice per week.
 
Back and cardio today… love my gym at 5:00 am on weekend… all alone!!

It’s me the owner and two others right now at my gym. Doing heavy work on dead’s. May even take shoes off for a better starting position
 
My gym is usually empty all day on Saturdays. If I miss a workout. I can usually get my missed workout in on Saturday. Then go home, eat, sleep, wake up, eat, and go back to sleep. Better than cartoons and cereal as a kid.
 
I love cartoons and cereal… that’s the best part about only being 40 and being a grandparent, I get to be a big little kid all over again!
 
Our youngest is 13 going on 30… she’s getting to the age I dreaded most with our two older daughters, time for me to stay out of the way and let mom steer the car!
