Chest, Biceps, and Triceps. 10 Exercises few 3×10-15, few 2×15-20. My second leg day of the week was yesterday. I don’t see how some manage to work each body part 3 times a week. Every now and then I struggle to get mine in twice per week.
My gym is usually empty all day on Saturdays. If I miss a workout. I can usually get my missed workout in on Saturday. Then go home, eat, sleep, wake up, eat, and go back to sleep. Better than cartoons and cereal as a kid.
Our youngest is 13 going on 30… she’s getting to the age I dreaded most with our two older daughters, time for me to stay out of the way and let mom steer the car!
