Dropped 4lbs at the gym with trash bag for shirt with shirt and sweater on top.

Also trash bag around each leg with shorts on top.

Took clothes off when I got home and water just fell out…

I competed at the NPC National Championships for the 2nd time this weekend in Irving Texas.

This time I dropped down to Welterweight which is 165lbs. They only have welterweight for NPC Championships and USA’s other than that there is no Welterweight division.

Year before I competed at Middleweight and placed 9 out of 29 athletes.

Top 2 in each category goes pro.

So this is right before weigh In. I stepped on the scale at 164lbs… Was really happy I made welterweight.

(Got a little sweaty there posing sorry bout that…)

This is after weigh in, when I was able to carb up a little and have protein.

300 grams of Potatoes, 4 OZ of chicken with 8 oz of water.

Body began to come a live again, as I was super flat after the 16 hour drive. YES, I drove… lol!!

So remember I have not had tanning as of yet. So the next pic will show the tanning and how it makes the physique look a little different.

This was the morning of the show before food. Look how flat…

This was before I got on stage after food with pre-pump no stim… Body was alive and I peaked absolutely perfectly!!!

I was really really happy with how I looked, now I just had to go out and execute on stage…

(I know it’s bad lighting in the bathroom and I apologize)

So here I am in the 1st call out which is always nice…

More stage pics, and I’m honestly thinking I have the 2 or 3 spot. Top 2 go pro, we might be in there!!! Let’s stay positive and see what happens.

I placed 4th out of 17 Welterweights, missed the pro card by 2 spots. Being that I placed in the top 5 I requalify for this show next year.

So I’m gonna try to find some shows that give Pro-Cards and hit those shows. Ameature Olympia gives out Pro Cards, so does USA’s I gotta see what other shows.

Anyway that’s that!
