Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,4 HB eggs no yolk, protein shake,5 turkey sausage, cranberry juice and coffee.Dont feel like goin to the gym.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
Morning brother. Got lab work done for TRT check in this morning so I was fasted for that. Had some yogurt with bananas and about to have 8oz ground turkey with rice and mixed veggies for early lunch. Chest, tris, calves this evening
Training legs today. Breakfast was oatmeal and egg whites. Cottage cheese with crackers and yogurt. Chicken and rice. Chicken meatballs and pasta. Protein shake with a banana
