Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 protein shake blended with 1 package of cinnamon brown sugar and two raw eggs,1 plain bagel, banana, cranberry juice and coffee.Today I am grateful for the cold weather.I will be doing back today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Oats pb whey isolate and tbsp of honey

No training probably. Maybe piddle in gym.

I’m grateful for my family and my intestinal fortitude that will help raise baby girl. Aiming for another adult woman like my daughters. I couldn’t be more proud of my girls.
 
Good morning gentlemen. Breakfast this morning is mass gainer waffle, 4 fried eggs, and 2 pieces of sausage. Training today is Back And Shoulders Hypertrophy day.
 
No training. Got a retirement party for one of my former co workers and a good friend tonight. Oatmeal and egg whites. Just cottage cheese and triscutts. Out of yogurt. The usual chicken and rice. Chicken meatballs on a wrap with some cheese and sauce. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work and learn from some of smartest minds in my trade.
