December 29th edition of diets n lifting

Three egg/veggie/cheese things my mother in law dropped off, which were really good. 2 cups of yogurt. Lunch was grilled chicken and a banana. I think dinner is eggplant parm. Looking forward to that. Shoulders tonight.
 
Food is the same as every day. Eggs, egg whites, chicken sausage, oats, almonds, olive oil, chicken thighs, basmati rice, Brussels sprouts, olive oil, protein shake, RX bar… later will finish off the last of the prime rib from Christmas with cheesy potatoes and green bean casserole

Cardio this morning, sucked my ass, but I’m fat as a toad… tomorrow Dynamic Effort Bench
 
First chicken rice celery beans thing just got ate I wasn’t hungry but such is lifestyle. Speaking of my gf’s nephew asked her why I breath so heavy at Christmas dinner. I’m going to tell him my neck is too ig and weighs

Listen @Xpliot I’m a man who likes to take chances,and press his luck at things,like dumb stuff,wearing no helmet while on my quad, just makes it more exciting,but it’s dumb…but never with kids,not a mistake to be made,they cost way to much,a nut is a nut,sure a vagina is nice,but Jerkin off is dam near close.

I got enjoy some ctc I’m gonna enjoy shortly,gotta digest what my wife made, something called “marry me chicken” with rice,it was great.
