December 30th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all. Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,5 scrambled egg, protein shake, banana, cranberry juice and coffee.skipped gym today.I am grateful for VA and it’s service.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Bad night of sleep…up from 1a-6a… laid back down to 8:30ish tossing and turning. Getting stuff done around here. No training again.
 
Morning fellas! Hit legs this morning and egg whites with steak, got to study to renew my cdl. Then back later for some cardio. Laid off for winter so trying to go twice a day since I’m not doing anything but sitting around
 
Well today sucked but I get to see friends I haven’t seen in over 7 years today so it will get better just hope my shoulder issue isn’t tok bad that I have pull out of meet. I have full mobility it just seems like the bicep tendon is not happy right now. Week off maybe do wonders
