December 9th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good fuckin morning.slept shitty didn’t roll outta bed til about 30 mins ago.Im tired of this place.Breakfast was just a protein shake,2 raw eggs,1 packet of oatmeal blended in with the shake,a banana,water and cranberry juice.doin back at gym shortly.im feeling shitty,did I mention I want out of here.I can still be grateful for something I think,food and a roof over my head I guess.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
I always know it’s Fridays now cause you respond in the am like old times

Took a friend out for breakfast since it was there birthday. Western omelette home fries and grilled English. 1 pancake. Training shoulders and traps after I have another coffee. Protein shake. Chicken and rice for dinner and the usual cottage cheese and yogurt.
 
Haha wife, baby girl, daughter in law and granddaughter all went to see Disney on ice today. This was my Friday at work but I took it off to have the house to myself with porky puppy
 
Earlier today right before a 2 hour nap

Hit back this morning then tried to eat most of my meal plan before the dentist at 8am had 3 lower front teeth pulled. My smile has been something I’ve always wanted fixed and finally getting it done. I never smile anyways tho lol everyone says I will after but it’s doubtful :man_shrugging:t2:🤣
