Squats 3x5-405,425,435 really think changing stance has helped
Leg press 4x12-8 plates,9platss, 9 and a10, 9 and 25
GAM raise 3x10-2 45’s being held to chest
Vsquat feet together 4x8- worked way up to 4 plates each side
Laying ham curls 3x15-130
Also I’m thinking of extending eq run to 20 weeks and giving my shoulder a good 2 to three week break and then pursuing 500. Would still start the hcg this upcoming week. I just feel bummed about not being able to hit a goal due to “injury”
I don’t know there is asking the thought the sooner I end this one the quicker it will for next run. But will let bloods decide future. Hell they could be bad and it be and abrupt stop.
I changed my cycle up after leaving a bottle of Megabol and Boldenone in Connecticut. I ran out at week 19. Was supposed to be a 20 week cycle. Bloodwork was good to go. So decided to extend to 25 weeks with Sust and Tren as a finisher.
Haha. If I didn’t have clomid and nolva already I would be doing short cruise on test then straight to deca cycle but I’m the kind of person use what you have don’t be a waste.
