So today’s chest day consisted of
Flat db press 3x12-130’s. It’s as high as I could have gone and I failed on 12 rep last set so there is that
Hammer wide chest 3x18-3 plates
Kneeling crab pose 4x15- 32,37.5,42,42
Incline hammer machine 4x fail with 3 second eccentrics 2 plates each side.
