Trying light chest workout today may not go over 315 on bench if shoulder allowed me to do it. Started my hcg today so by by bigger looking dick
 
Going to shut down the pressing and shoulder work for 2 weeks. Bloods will determine if cycle goes longer or not. But got to get this shot back to healthy either way. Just means more time to consecrate on legs so I will have two squat days and 1 dl day for two weeks
 
So today’s chest day consisted of
Flat db press 3x12-130’s. It’s as high as I could have gone and I failed on 12 rep last set so there is that
Hammer wide chest 3x18-3 plates
Kneeling crab pose 4x15- 32,37.5,42,42
Incline hammer machine 4x fail with 3 second eccentrics 2 plates each side.

No more damage was done today but I wanted to at least get a pump before shutting done chest and shoulder work. Probably be some
Back movements I’ll cut out due to it bothering me hell may just do 3 legs each week till I’m comfortable
 
Hows that varicose vein feel mine were uncomfortable had em removed
 
I had a few of them and they started in the military bein on my feet a lot carryin heavy weight, and this was a long time ago, they said they might come back cause I was young, and they are.
 
If I’m honest does t feel like deload oh well legs don’t need deload they need volume haha

Hammer iso row3x15 upper back target- 3 plates
Lat pull down 5x12. 2 sets regular bar 3 sets closegrip attachment-140 slow controlled reps with squeeze till damn near cramp
Seated shrugs 3 plates3x15
