No set time when going heavy just when body feels ready. The heavier I’m getting the longer it takes. I gave 6 minutes before I going for the 605 and it wasn’t enough. I’d I was in full power lifting mode I would have given longer but I want to hit Oerter lifts
 
Arm day
Jm presses bb 3x6-275,295 305
Wide grip curls 4xfail 1 minute rest- 75 pound bb
Rope push down 3x15-70
Incline hammer curls with pulldown as back 3x15-40
Incline jm press-235 set till fail actually seemed to feel these better than glat bench version
Iso preacher 3xfail-30
Seated dip 3x12-275 sat facing backward so arms pushed backwards.
Then super set of cable curl and pushdowns alternate fail with 50 on machine
 
Bed show legs I think some size has gone there. Maybe drop 5 pounds the next two weeks though as I will be More active and not at home eating all day
 
Yep I think if I cut back to 260 I should look pretty good for me may wait to start cut till pct is finished right before start fi next cycle. Don’t want to take way muscle gains
 
Shoulder day no pressing still so all the raise variations

The one that stands out was I did lateral raise heavy with cables and it felt like I was going to die
 
So I feel like I’m starting to get back pumps pretty bad. It maybe the weight gain or the mtren. Hopefully now that I’m back to a job that has more movement the weight gain part will slow some and I can AlwYs drop the Mtrn
 
Will also note that I’ve dropped my proviron down to 25 mg a day while waiting for package to arrive. See where my numbers are for bloods today
 
Me too wish I was still on 75 mg a day proviron to see where my free test was at.
 
You just recently switched? It takes a few days for your SHBG to build up. You should still see some decent free test numbers.
 
Dropped to 50 about 2 weeks ago and 25 a few days ago. It was poor planning on my part but package should drop next week at some point

We are built very similar I think cept you have about thirty pounds more muscle then me. Keep it up brother!!!
 
I need to drop about 10 pounds fat. I’m guessing my t3 use went a little too long this last run it will help getting back to regular mom-Friday work schedule so I won’t be home half the days to eat Jon stops and have regular lift hours
