Squats today 5x3-405,455,455,455,465. Tried 495 for single but failed. Think o have it when fresh. Hope to keep 90% of strength till next cycle then I think I will see this number really go up
Did full stack on cybex leg press for sets of 12 killed my quads more than regular leg press maybe the motion. Finishing with 3x10 Rdl with 315. Legs wobbling already. Figured with doing legs 3 times a week I’ll do less lifts each session. So main compound then 3-4 accessory lifts
Ok maybe mental not doing any shoulder work this week but it’s feeling ten times better will pin through next week original end of cycle and if i can press the Monday after lest extend this cycle to 20 weeks I alreadu have to eq on its way from srx will try out the 600 mg
Woke up feeling good for downing about 20 beers watching football yesterday. Going to do arm workout maybe some lat work at low weights today.bi back and legs should look better when I’m done not training chest and shoulders
So today i did back and bis for pumps. Got muscle seizures at dinner on date. So know it work well then just finished a 5 minute cardio session luckily I wasn’t sweating as bad as the other night so no secrets were told to me
Happens to very day to muscles I work. I like to think I’m hitting them hard. Well got the email bloods are in so I will check on computer when I get home
