Maybe I’ll jump on when I get paycheck next week. Can’t dip into reserves. Will be ordering my mk next week I believe. Cause I need shit to make me sleep better on this third shift
 
Added some more chest work today low to high cable crossovers. And the did all the heads of shoulders finished with fly machine 190 for sets of 25. Actually starting to feel full in chest and shoulders again hope my Sunday pic shows progress
 
Thinking of splitting my two shakes up into three each day so i don’t get tempted to eat food on last break at work. Meal plan would
Look like break fast, lunch shake, dinner, shake shake for the day
 
What time would you be eating your last actual meal of the day? I have 2 shakes in between meals & a recovery one bf bed.
 
Meal 1 around 1 two around 5 shake 9 meal at 12 then shake at 3 and 6. I’m working 7pm-5:30 am
 
They will be about 35 g each and about 50-60 g from each meal. Need atleast 250 g of proteins a day while dropping cals
 
I’m taking a nutrition class right now & textbook says the average person only needs about 40g of protein per day 😂
 
Just ate 10mg of halo see how I like it. Then Godzilla kiss tomorrow and it’s the end of my pwo accessories other than regular pump shot for about 2 months
 
Yeah I just thought that was wild that’s all it says you need. I wonder if the average person even gets that much. I probably wasn’t when I wasn’t working out & making sure I’m getting at least 1gm per pound
