Lateral raises sexond pause 4x12-35’s the. Work way down in dumbells
Fly machine 4x20-190 got 16 on last set
Crab pose 4x fail don’t count but went up to 37 on each cable
Tuesday leg back hybrid
Dead’s 4x5- 495,545,565,585 then did 605 for one with no straps just to do 6 again
Lay pull down with seated row handle 4x8-220
Front face v sqaut 3x8-5 plates last set 10 reps
Iso high row 4x8-4 plates
Seated leg curls4x12 -199
And hammer iso row 2 1/4 plates for 12 two

1 1/2 week feel five weeks is enough let the test and nandro shine from there then finish with yk11 at the end

Ez bar curls 4 xfail minute rest- 75
Over head individual tricep 4x12-35’s
Incline hammers lat pull down4x12 -40’s
Weighted dips to fail cable iso curls superset 4 sets

Arms were blown up could barely eat my Publix chicken strips for dinner
 
Good thing I don’t much motion in the right arm for my nightly cardio sessions
 
The chicken from publix is amazing brother I can’t pass it up either but its so full of sodium.
I don’t want to see you have heart issues especially since its fried

Go with a whole rotisserie its full of sodium also but isn’t fried

I didn’t get it but was waiting at home also I have issues with low sodium so I’m not worried about that part

4x8 bent rows-315 did first set no straps to start to strengthen grip and I just don’t feel the contraction the same
Wide grip tbar 3x15- 3 plates
Lay pull downs 4x20 with a shoulder width grip pulled down similar to straight arm motion-140
Kroc rows 3x8- 120
Seat rows tricep bar 3xfail -140

Can def see the 30 pounds isn’t all muscle hahhaa. But not the dirtiest of gains so far
 
I wish I could make it to the gym. I’ve been snowed in two days now. Yesterday was back and shoulders. Today is legs.
 
If I couldn’t make it to the gym it wouldn’t be good my mental state it’s really the only thing I have in my life to look forward to
