Tripled weekly intake it actually feels nice not being in fog at gym for two to 3 days after binge
 
Just finish last shake and peanut butter jelly sandwich. I feel miserable. Going to cut cals to 4000 from about 4600 a day and drop carbs to 400 that seems like a fair number try and keep fat at 125 need to slow the bulk a bit before I’m a fatty again

bloated up to 280 this morning so I’m May just do 100 carbs today fuck me
 
Ok so today now that I’m feeling better and better the longer I’ve been clean I’m actually on board with I May have to go easier than I know I will cause shit is starting to just move way to easy on back workout today
 
Feeling big hope the cutting of carbs wjelps the next few days
Here goes my workout
Bent over bb rows 4x8- 265, 305 for three sets
Hammer iso row emphasis on upper mid back, seat at 11 4x8- 4 plates did a few partials last set
Strict lay pull down I mean straight up and down no lean back 3x12-160 then changed on las sit to tight grip and pull bar out in front to get lower lat more
Cable rear delts 3x15- 15
Hammer iso leg extension used for rows similar to meadows 3x 20- 50
Kroc rows 3x8-110
 
Hahaha. Ya it’s huge the lighting. Question. When I am doing deadlifts I like switch grip. Should I always have hands in same position or alternate them?
 
I would alternate to not get Imbalances. I would suggest if your not doing a comp just get straps and do overhand on both. I use straps for all back workouts I’m working my back not my grip. Now I am incorporating some grip work for when I can find time for comp
 
At my age I was told if I can’t grip it then it may be too much for my back. I am doing light weight anyways and working on five five second pauses through the motion. Working on form and strength at shoulders and lower back to be able to safely do heavier weights later.
 
Took my 12.5 aromisin yesterday and cut carbs by my 200 grams and feel much better lost 5 pounds of water back down to 275. Also I put In app to slightly Inceease nutrients for bulk to see what they do and they upped carbs to 635 a day. So yeah not going to follow that diet plans
 
So the hgh protocol I’ve using this week
Is 2 ius prior to workout and 2 ius before bed. Does this seem like a good idea to anyone else
 
No not at all. That’s pretty good for 275! I was worried cause when I bulk my stomach always seems to grow with everything else. Especially if I was consuming the amount of carbs you were Of course your increased chest and lay size pulls everything up nicely!!!
 
I don’t know about your stomach but your lats and delts are blown up
 
Darn brother. 2 months no direct shoulder work and you got that kind of size…benching?
 
I’m three weeks back into pressing dumbbells machines and incline barbell nothing flat yet. Thinking I’m just going to my incline to 500 before going back benching
