I think today I’m going to try and see what I can do for too set of 5 on dead’s no straps. Won t be as tasking on muscle but working back in with zero energy in t will be nice to challenge my grip
So could barely get 3 on 535 over hand grip I wonder if hgh is negatively affecting grip strength time to move to over under my god that’s uncomfortable. Will be fun to play with after top set with straps each week
