Today’s chest workout
3x8 2second pause flat bench-315
Hammer incline 3x12-3pps
Life fitness fly 3x15-210
Assist dips pad pushdowns 130 till failure 3 sets
Probates incline flys 3x12-35’s
25 pound single arm lateral raise 3xfail
 
Like I said if I don’t mess my shoulder up I trulybeliece inwoupd I’m have hit at least 6 plates by end of year
 
I don’t even arch my back correctly like a power lifter as it fucking makes my back and hammies cramp to much hahab
 
I think today I’m going to try and see what I can do for too set of 5 on dead’s no straps. Won t be as tasking on muscle but working back in with zero energy in t will be nice to challenge my grip

Out I’ve got down to 285 so I can try and pack on some weight again ahaha
 
So could barely get 3 on 535 over hand grip I wonder if hgh is negatively affecting grip strength time to move to over under my god that’s uncomfortable. Will be fun to play with after top set with straps each week

Well I’ll be off when I finish this cycle and I will be doing more strapless dead’s then so it will be amazing to see what happens
