I see some pretty massive dudes in my gym and they are not even lifting half of what you’re doing on compound lifts. How is that possible lol are you training in a low rep range?
 
I do a 531 type program on compounds i fact this week is my 1 week so dead’s should be around 700 tiday

we rounding up and calling it 700 hahah I’m buying my own 2.5 soon so I can hit numbers correctly that went up good struggle to lock it at top but never did any jerking just constant pull motion
