This is small for me. Haven’t been as active lately so hopefully drop 4 pounds in the next few weeks
 
Down to 267 this morning hahaha. Pinned 50/50 tne trne and .7mg of mtren gettinf serious for legs today
 
The mtren? I feel I get into a pretty good zone in the gym and sweat like a mother fucker will see if lifts if gone up next week. Although I did slightly strain shoulder Monday so I may just have to go off Dead’s and squats

Tighter stance not feeling as strong as I thought it might but do feel more quad activation so will continue with it to build them up a bit more
 
Ok fucking back pumps are bad today. Maybe to much pwo action going on
Squats 3x5-405,425,435 felt a lot easier hitting depth
Leg press 4x12- 7 plates,8,8,9 8 plates for cluster set 8 reps pause 4 reps 3 reps
Seated leg curls 3x15-130,150,170
Back extension cybex 3x12- full rack
Leg extension3x15-190
Lying leg curls 3x15- 130 last set I dropped the rack down to 50 til failure
Sm hack squat 3x8-250
 
Yeah I’m not big into smith machines but I know they work great for this. I think the machine is broke cause one side was catching pretty good
 
The one at the gym I go to does the same thing. I can feel it catching on my right side. I’ve just been doing them from the squat rack the past few weeks.

Lunch hope to hit gym around 4 today should feels good well rear delts are sore from yesterday. But maybe light dumbbell pressing today

Bench 1x3-405 felt a little off still so shut it down there.
Hammer wide chest 3x12- 4 plates really slow reps
Incline db 4x12- 90,90,110,110 for 10
Crab pose 3x15-37.5
Pec dec 3x20-110
Lateral raises3x15- 30,35,35 then surf the board toll can’t lift arms with no weights.
Could change out of gym clothes so even with having to break from trying to progress flat bench good workout
 
Dead’s 4x3-495,545,585,595 went for 605 didn’t get it back pumps started
Hammer iso row upper back 3x8- 4 platesx2, 4 1/4 plates
Hammer iso lat pulldown 3x8- 4 plates with a ten
Single arm seated cable row 3x12-70,85,100
Incline db reverse flys 4x15-35
Cable lay pull downs to lower chest 3x15-140
Db shrugs 3xfail-130
Reverse vsquat 3x8- 5plates
 
Nothing to do with my log but I want to workout with Antoine valiant he also loves to have techno going during

My dead’s are at 230 right now 4 sets of 5 each and my hands are giving out before my body lol…

I got a question. So I notice a lot of people in here lift heavy and continue to up the weight for example 300,325,350, 400 pounds. Is there a science to this?
Or is it better to warm up first then do for example. 400, 400, 375, 375.

On accessories I only move up cause I’m trying something different and don’t know what I can do yet on it
