Behind the head smith presses 3x8 115 135 160
Incline v raises 3x20-20’s
Cyber machine shoulderpress 4x12- 90, 110,130,150
High pulls with 55 pound curl bar 3x12. Shoulders fee wrecked think I missed a lift will post if I remember.

Wooo bout to do leg day. .5mg of mtren in system. Thinking of using this as pwo everyday for test cycle see what tupe
If results I would get.
 
So squat rack was taken when I got to gym so workout plans were changed

Leg curls warmup 2x15- 90 pounds
Vsquat 3x5- 5 plates, 5 plates 1/4, 6 plates which is max for machine
Leg press 4x12- 7 plates 8 plates, 8 1/4, 9
Rdl 3x8- 315 all sets will go up weight next week been awhile since I’ve done these
Glute machine 4x10- 130
Finally regular squats 3x5- 315 tried a narrow stance felt weird but power is there can’t wait to do fresh
Lying leg curls 3xfail- 115
 
Pinning right front delt for first time was a mistake before chest day. Can’t tell if I’m injured I’m on fifth rep of 425 of if it’s the pip hahaa
 
So shitty workout Not even worth typing out. Hoping shoulder is pip again and not injury will no by next push day
 
You put up some heavy weights bro may need a week off you would be surprised at the gains made rest recoup just do cardio and abs so you don’t feel lazy remember two weeks of rest won’t set you back as 6 months of injury
 
I’m pretty sure it’s the injecting mtren into virgin muscle. Did shut it down for the instead of powering through. I have no issues resting

3x8 iso hammer row wide grip- 4 plates
4x12 lay pull down-160
3x12 tbar meadows-50 pounds
3x8 reverse vsquat- 4 plates 2 sets 4 1/4 last set
4x15 incline rear delts-30 db
 
Jm press Smith machine 3x6- 290, 300, 300
Jm press free weights 2x6- 225,275 wanted to see where I was at with having to stabilize the weights may move back to free weight as the stre Ch felt better
Cable curls ez bar 4 x12-65
Single arm behind he triceps 4x10- 25 cables
Incline hammers 4x8- 55 db
Incline regular curls 3xfail-25 db
Tricep pushdowns squishy grips 4x12-85 cables

Day five mtren train
4x15 single arm pull downs-100,120,140x2
Seated rows high chest area 3x15-180
Straight arm lay pull downs with rope 3x12-60,60,70, 70 for 9 reps
Hammer shrug 3x12- 4 plates each side

Still some issues with my front right delt so going to be a lot of rest and side delts today
 
Did all the different rear and Side delt raises today.hope shoulder is fine by Monday even so maybe a light chest day If so
