I wonder the same thing with majority of my lifts, should I start light work my way up in reps or start heavy. I usually start heavy
 
I forget what that is called…But something right? A certain way to lift where you always have the most strength for your heaviest reps
 
I was scared the first few times a started lifting like that, had me like oh no I’m not starting off with 225 I gotta work my way up to it 😅
 
Almost did db press but stopped myself decided 290 on fly machine will be chest workout

Be able to hold off pressi mg cause I got the workers at gym to stop me from doing anything till I’m healthy. Some good dudes
