I’m alone at gym this is great. With only one squat rack I don’t alhave to rush through sets. Just finishe squats with 405 till failure. Legs were already fatigued a bit so 9 reps wasn’t as many as hoped but good none the less time for sdls may try and get 365 for 8

Swear this leg press just hits me so different than the hammer strength one love to switch up between them
 
That one really gets the inner quad so good. It’s got to be the motion of it either way I can barely walk right now and I love it
 
On the high rep workouts I don’t mind loving fast but when I’m doing heavy weights I need the break fro my cns to get right. That fifth rep ok 455 was killer I always let my ass drop lower on last rep I really thought I was about to have to dump weight. But that feeling when you rack it is so good
 
I mean Saturday’s during a Clemson game is pretty good way to get empty gym here so my log for today
Squats 3x5- 425,445,455 wanted that 465 but I’ll take or
Sldl 4x8-315,335,365,365
Cybex leg press 3 by fail at 515-15,13,12
Lying leg curls 3x12- 170
Hip thrust using leg extension 315 to failure 3 sets-20,18,21 took long break before last set aka sat on floor next to machine watching football
 
Fuck yeah I’m basically just back and legs currently. Maybe I’ll get them looking good till shoulder can do what used to
 
Did it right today both quads and hams seized when I got out of seat love the pain so much
