505 on my squat today may have Ahmad 5 more piounds in me. Need to get out of the hole quicker. 100 pounds to go before I start using belt

Unfortunately not big enough frame for major college ball my legs lack the size but they have explosive power
 
Don’t stress I got little school offers but I didn’t have near the size frame needed my high school coach had us enhanced so we had skill and size but not real size im 5’10
 
I had offer for eastern Michigan until my hometown school changed coaches and dropped some of there recruits and boom one commuted while I was on visit so offer was gone. I look back and think I should have just walked on to tosu I would have been happier there S back up than stater on d2 school. I didn’t train hole summer before freshman year and still started that season
 
I never played college I had an offer in Connecticut but I got in trouble in 10th grade and that was the end of alot of my chances to do alot in life. I got to play out hs at a private school but went no further.
I took up boxing which I was actually decent at so stuck with that and I believe that’s what kept me working out until now.
 
Yeah I took up drinking I was good at it so I stopped working out till two years ago. If I never stopped wonder what I would be looking like currently. Happy I found it again. Cause even with recent slip ups I have made it to gym atleast 4 times weekly
 
I myself came out of a cloud of opiate pain killer fog about 8yrs ago working out kept me clean keep dry brother you shouldn’t be drinking with gear but trust me im not preaching just saying use your liver protection 😎 you can definitely achieve those goals brother.

Closed leg smith hAck 3x8-300
Lying leg curls 3x12-130,150, 130 14 reps
 
My shoulder is at the point I have to stop myself from pressing giving it another week till I start light machine and dumbell work
