I bet. You were definitely motivated, I’m sure it’s inspiring to others that have the same struggle as you did when you started.I know that took a lot of discipline to get where you are today.
Well I’m only half disciplined had a lot of major set backs this year as well. Luckily for me it aids with keeping weight off although I found since I quit some bad habits again the daily feeding is more consistent

Oh. Well me too. I had issues drinking too much. Still do sometimes. Not everyday but when I start it’s game on. Better I don’t even try to have just one lol.
Hahahaha. Covid mother fucker!!! My kids school just got shut down all kinds of kids now testing positive for Covid. But guess what it’s flu season here and no one has that. Such bs. My son is like whatever perfect timing cause gun season starts Saturday so he can hunt Ed during this season lmao!!! @John
Don’t have covid or mono turns out I’m just deeply depressed trying to cry it out in bathroom at work. Need to try and get back in the gym tomorrow whether I have energy or not.
