Leg press 3x12-10 plates each side highest I’ve done since moving foot placement low in footboard
Rdls3x8- 315,365,405 no straps till last set
Leg extensions 4x20-170
Leg curls 4x20-110
Tried abs work and they just cramped up super hard after once set of weighted crunch machine. So gots to work on those more
