Woke up with temp of 95 this morning never had to call off work for too low ot temperature
 
Check your blood pressure if you’re getting low blood pressure that’s serious you could be having cardiovascular issues.
Start with bp if temps low and bp are low than get to a doctor
 
Everything went back up after I threw up the food from night before and shat my brains out for a few hours

Becareful brother I have no medical background but you could be pushing your body towards congenital heart failure or possibly another cardiac event.
Im really worried about you I know that you like to use and ask questions later but I want you to be with us to keep writing a log and I want to see you become a beast but I never want it to come with the ultimate price.

Well I’m going to fall 9 weeks short letting bulk beard grow. It’s just starting to annoy me especially with beard net at work so today it’s getting trimmed down

Over head db triceps 3x8-95’s
Hammer preacher curls 4x12-90poumds
Hammer dip seated face away from machine 3x12-275
Incline cable curls 2xfail-20.5
Triceps ouch downs 2xfail-60
Fire arm curls with 20 pound db not sure reps but they are burning still
 
Having trouble doing my late night forearm exercise cause if the tightening of my whole arm
