I found a way to finish the forearm workout. Just took an extra motivational movie compared to normal

Leg day how is gym me and one person and still jo squat rack. Not too worried it’s deload week so will work around. And they let me have it. Even reracked their weights. It’s a bizzaro world at the gym tonight

So I’m at end of week six on deca and I’m still waiting for this joint lube people talk about I know I’m weird but could I just not know what the feeling of it is
 
Does feel good to do 405 for sets of 8 as deload but my cardio needs to be better fuck I get out of breath before legs feel they are working
 
For myself personally there was no more cracking in my joints . I’ve always had wrist problems from playing sports and masonry and on deca my wrist felt amazing!!!
 
Was going to skip gym tonight give rest day but had to hear moron dad about nephew screwing up and crashing my sisters car so time for some relief with bicep work. Only a few mee months till he’s 18 and will actually get real jail time will be nice

Sunday update was 286 on scale before pic
 
Upped breakfast by a waffle today going to get to 290 fasted morning weight by end up bulk one way or another
 
Got new shorts for gym and I guess I need dl not xfl thewe things are falling off even when tied tight

Incline 4x5-315,335,345,355
Hammer decline press 3x8-4pps
Life fitness chest press machine4x12- 210 very controlled reps to not have tris involved at all
Fly machine 3x15-190
Side delts raises 8 reps - worked up to 45 pounds
Incline front det raises 3x12- 10 poiunds
Crab pose knees on floor 2 times fail-42.5 15 13 reps
Finished with assisted dip pad push downs 110 to failure
 
Ok dirt. I was doing 80 mg of clen five on two off with Benadryl on off days. Saw a few pounds gone first week but nothing this week yet. Gonna try and up to 100 mg clen. Any pointers? I should be loosing more than three pounds every two weeks right? @Dirtnasty @NeuroRN. What were you guys running I forgot

No just in a maintenance diet. Don’t wanna risk loosing muscle. Thought clen with maintenance calories would do it. I’m wrong am guessing.
