Flew up but going with 605 cause no room on bar for the 5 pound in each side need thinner weights or longer sleeves and I got it for 4 reps cause I knew that would be last set so get what you can

outside grip mid back 3x15-2pps slow reps
Seated leg curls 4x12-190
Life fitness lay pulldown 3x12-160 more pulled down for lower lat
And straight arm pulldown 60’s to failure on cable two sets
