Pretty good just had a small surgery on back to remove a birthmark cant do squats or deads for around a month. Ive been crusing for awhile around 200mg test e per week. Going to start a test eq cycle sometime around the end of December
 
Glad to hear things are working out for you bro. @Symarip85 and @Dmomuchole I totally know what it feels like to be the alpha in the gym this past summer. Both private gyms I have been using dudes always watching me especially when am doing hypertrophy with less weight lol. But I got a membership at the highschool near where I had to move it’s a medium size town with about 50,000 people and a membership there is only $40 per year. Well there are three dudes more alpha then me. Two are seriously way the fuck stronger then I am but also more fat. Then another brother who is just a bit stronger and a bit more fit. All are cool AF I love it. It challenges me to step it up. Love it!!!
 
Yeah definitely brother I’m not always the heaviest lifter or biggest guy but I definitely feel confident in my progress sounds like you are to. I’m glad your making some gym friends, it helps.
 
Good for you. Always look out for yourself bro, I can promise you no one else is going to. Toxic relationships don’t generally get better you don’t wanna be one of those guys in prison for some bullshit with your girl or getting poisoned by her, there are enough of those. And there’s always another woman out there for you, shit there’s like 4-5 billion running around. Stay healthy bud.
 
Lol yeah I could feel it some shit was going to go down lol and I don’t have time for that crazy shit lol. Relationships can be a mind fuck especially if your with someone with undiagnosed issues. The crazy part is I still love her but I can’t fucking stand her lol story of my life with both my babies mom’s.
 
Alright log update joints are feeling much better, pain off and on but Im able to hit the gym at least once a week and I hit all primary muscle groups. I wish I could work out everyday or at least 5 days a week but it’s all my body can handle and I’m not giving up. I’m still seeing nice gains but nothing near my full potential but I will take what I can get. I’ll be starting my TREN this week start a 40 mg eod Sunday and adjust up or down depending on how I feel. I’m not real big on logging every single of my aspect of my daily routine, workout and diet. It just seems like work to me but I know some people enjoy that aspect of logging. I will post pictures because those are worth a thousand words. My diet has been on point, I’m hovering at 180lb pretty solid but have a little belly bloat that’s pretty common with guys on gear. Other then that hope everyone is doing well.
 
I feel it almost takes more dedication to only go once a week than multiple times.
 
Lol it’s two hour sessions hitting all primary muscle groups but for the average person what I do in two hours average person dose in two or three days. I maintain my gains off gear so I know I’m not heavily relying on gear which is nice.
 
Just wanted to update this thread, we are on week three and I’m definitely feeling this test kick in. I hit the gym all tree days last week with good results and no joint pain. Put on a few more pounds I’m sitting at 183 that’s about 10 lbs since the separation. Chest is filling out nicely. Did my first shot of TREN Sunday. Smooth. Im doing 35mg eod.
 
I’m on tren as well again kind of. Oral version may come off if my stomach is same toMorrow love the inject form but I’ve felt terrible today
