Weight 175.5 when I woke up this morning. BP in check. everything going well… last night’s workout was phenomenal. Loving my new workout program. life is good.

They have testing done on the website. I’m running only USP products right now and everything is is going great. I’ve noticed no difference since I’ve made the swap over to USP! Communication is great. They have been a blessing thus far man. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
 
Diet still on track. BG looked good this morning. Things are going well. Chest and back day went well. Love the way my back is looking. day off tonight.

Holding right at 175lbs right now. Coach nailed my maintenance macros first try. (Pretty damn cool). Getting leaner and ready to grow. Shoulders and arm last night. 10k steps. Feeling good. Leg day tonight.

Legs last night. Crushed it. Diet same. 225mg test weekly cruising still. Consistency, consistency, consistency.

Chest and back day yesterday. Day off today. Coach added a high carb meal today to see what we can do on this cruise as far as growth. Excited to see what follows. 300g carb S’mores pancake is what I went with. Back at it tomm.

Up 2.5lbs the next day from my carb load and down 1.5lbs this morning. 176lbs. Had a badass workout last night. Tons of energy, strength was great. Bg was 90 this morning. Hit my 10k steps as always. BP 116/74. Feeling good. Got a badass leg day coming up. Last nights workout below.
